As a Director Manager at DiamondAura, I oversee the day-to-day operations and activities within a department of our team. My responsibility is to set objectives, plan, organize and direct the work of the members of our great team. I am responsible for performance management and problem solving so I provide advice, support and feedback to their team members, helping them develop their skills to reach their full potentials and acting as a liaison between senior management of our team, effectively communicating academy policies, goals and guidelines with the aim of motivating and inspiring our team members, fostering a positive work environment and a culture of collaboration and accountability.
